Ricky’s career in advertising began in Puerto Rico, where he started as a copywriter at Lopito, Ileana & Howie and later Account Director at Badillo Saatchi & Saatchi. He also served as Regional Marketing Manager at Adelphia and later founded Indigo Communications.
Ricky has worked with a number of brands, including Electrolux, Frigidaire, White Westinghouse, Jaguar, Mass Mutual, Anheuser Busch and Unilever.
Ricky is a native of Puerto Rico.
Eduardo, launched PM Publicidad (now PM3) in 2003 and has led the Hispanic marketing and advertising agency’s growth from scratch to over 50 employees.
Eduardo’s professional background prior to starting PM Publicidad was primarily on the client side, mostly with Astral Group, a Barcelona-based multinational, followed by several years in the e-commerce and digital development space. He previously served on the Board of Directors of non profits Prevent Blindness Georgia and Quality Care for Children, as well as on the Board of Atlanta Advertising Club and the Orange County Ad Federation.
Eduardo is a frequent speaker at conferences and events on the subject of the U.S. Hispanic segment and marketing to them, and was a regional and finals judge for the 2013 and 2014 Effie Awards.
Eduardo was born and raised in the United States by Spanish parents. He was educated at The Florida State University where he earned degrees in International Affairs and Political Science. A former professional road cyclist, Eduardo remains highly active in sports.

Hernán, PM3’s EVP & General Manager, is a veteran in the agency business with over 20 years of experience. Under his creative leadership PM3 has implemented organization wide processes beneficial to all departments. In his day-to-day Hernán oversees all aspects of the agency’s workflow and steers the strategic direction of the shop.
He has worked as a creative writer and director capacity for JWT Argentina and Ogilvy & Mather Argentina’s Voz e Imagen among other agencies handling accounts such as Nestlé, Deutsche Bank, Johnson & Johnson, MasterCard, Ford, Rolex, IBM, Unilever, Philips and GlaxoSmithKline to name a few.
Hernán has also been deeply involved in the Corporate Social Responsibility arena in the past as it is one of his passions. Alongside his career, he was a professor at the Catholic University of Argentina teaching Creative Process. Besides a degree in advertising, he also holds a degree in psychology.
Hernán is a native of Argentina.
Felipe, PM3’s Vice President of Creative Services, is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience working in different sides of the advertising business. He is a multicultural advertising and marketing leader with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing and Social Media. Felipe has worked as Creative Director for DDB and McCANN in Colombia, heading up the creative process for brands such as MasterCard, Cotton USA, Banco Santander and Mobil, among others. He also worked as Director of Advertising for Orbitel, a leading telecommunications company in Colombia. Felipe moved to the United States 15 years ago, following his dream to expand his professional horizons into the flourishing US Hispanic market.
He opened his own shop, and developed multiple creative and strategic platforms for brands such as Comcast, Keller Williams and Orbitel USA, among others. He also worked for Time Warner/Cartoon Network LATAM as a Brand & Marketing Senior Manager, where he ran successful initiatives for the brand, including social responsibility programs focusing on anti-bullying, environmental and health awareness.
Felipe is a native of Colombia.
As PM3’s Group Account Director, Rodolfo is responsible for the strategic relationship between the agency, vendors and client by addressing their needs through direct contact and the utilization of agency resources, maintains a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions and provides thought leadership in the area of marketing strategy, data driven solutions, integrated communications, testing and analysis. He develops and supervises the implementation of tactical plans and day-to-day activities of program execution according to the strategic plan to carry through his clients’ marketing strategies and ultimately accomplish clients’ marketing objectives while managing client and agency expectations.
Rodolfo has managed projects and accounts such as NASCAR, Coca-Cola, UPS, Great Clips, Goodrich, Kaiser Permanente, CVS/Caremark, Invesco, Lexol, Texas Pete, Lowe’s, Pep Boys, Degree, Emory Healthcare, Hands on Atlanta, NAPA, Cox Communications and Atlanta Silverbacks.
Rodolfo is a native of Guatemala.
Priscilla has over 8 years of experience overseeing projects that integrate digital strategies with traditional marketing initiatives to improve sales, brand loyalty and consumer engagement, while providing measurable campaign results. She started her career as a Social Media Manager, and developed digital content strategies in DDB for clients across 8 countries in Latin America, such as Kellogg’s, Wrigley/Mars, and Televisa. She has also served as a project manager leading an integrated digital campaign to drive sales across 160 Nissan dealerships in Mexico.
With a Bachelor’s Degree and background in Industrial Design, Priscilla understands the importance of creative and communication across all digital channels to create engaging content that articulates results to clients as requested. At PM3 she works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, while participating in the digital strategic direction of campaigns providing insights and industry benchmarks.
Priscilla is a native of Mexico.
Ruthie leads PM3’s Strategy Department with her fervent passion for consumer insights, branding, and creative inspiration. With a Masters in Advertising at U.T. and B.F.A. in Advertising Design at SCAD, Ruthie’s background is rooted in both strategic and creative disciplines. This experience helps her weave consumer insights into brand stories that inspire her creative peers. At PM3 her time is spent producing creative briefs, managing internal brand trackers, developing multicultural alignment with brand/total market strategy, uncovering consumer insights, working closely with clients’ brand/insights teams, and providing overall strategic consulting.
After graduating with her masters, she worked on multiple strategies for many categories, including beverage, outdoors, home improvement, sports leagues, and telecommunications. Some of her core clients throughout her years in multicultural advertising include: Jack Daniel’s, Bass Pro Shops, Domino’s Pizza, Major League Baseball, Lowe’s, and Anheuser-Busch. Ruthie has also been awarded a Cannes Bronze Lion and a Grand Clio Award for the strategic thinking that led to MLB’s #PonleAcento campaign. She currently leads strategy for key accounts at PM3, such as NAPA Auto Parts, the Milwaukee Brewers, and Cox Communications.
Ruthie is a native Texan.
John is a professional graphic designer with more than 20 years of experience. While he was still finishing his college studies he was already working with renowned brands like: Bayer, Dupont and Mersk. After that, he took a chance and started his own company where he achieve to work with important brands such as: Kraft foods Colombia, Bayer Andina, Syngenta, Univeler Andina, Kimberly Clark Americas, Terumo Colombia and others. After this entrepreneurial adventure , he decided to work with one of Colombia’s most important newspapers: El Espectador, where he shared all his experience on the new branded digital marketing and social media area. That was his breakthrough in the digital media world and he hasn’t stopped ever since.
John has been with PM3 since 2016, and now works as Operative Director of the Colombian branch.
He is a native of Colombia.
Andrés is a passionate media professional with more than five years working on digital marketing as well as traditional media. His leadership has achieved successful integrated campaigns. Andrés has led digital campaigns for top worldwide brands such as Netflix, GSK, Warner Bros and Dell, and local education clients in Colombia such as the University of Los Andes.
At PM3, Andrés develops integrated strategies for Auto Parts, Food & Entertainment, and Sports clients, while leading the digital team processes and media buying and planning.
