Ricky’s career in advertising began in Puerto Rico, where he started as a copywriter at Lopito, Ileana & Howie and later Account Director at Badillo Saatchi & Saatchi. He also served as Regional Marketing Manager at Adelphia and later founded Indigo Communications. Ricky has worked with a number of brands, including Electrolux, Frigidaire, White Westinghouse, Jaguar, Mass Mutual, Anheuser Busch and Unilever.
Ricky is a native of Puerto Rico.
Eduardo, launched PM Publicidad (now PM3) in 2003 and has led the Hispanic marketing and advertising agency’s growth from scratch to over 50 employees.
Eduardo’s professional background prior to starting PM Publicidad was primarily on the client side, mostly with Astral Group, a Barcelona-based multinational, followed by several years in the e-commerce and digital development space. He previously served on the Board of Directors of non profits Prevent Blindness Georgia and Quality Care for Children, as well as on the Board of Atlanta Advertising Club and the Orange County Ad Federation.
Eduardo is a frequent speaker at conferences and events on the subject of the U.S. Hispanic segment and marketing to them, and was a regional and finals judge for the 2013 and 2014 Effie Awards.
Eduardo was born and raised in the United States by Spanish parents. He was educated at The Florida State University where he earned degrees in International Affairs and Political Science. A former professional road cyclist, Eduardo remains highly active in sports.
Eduardo is a native of Spain.
Hernán, PM3’s EVP & General Manager, is a veteran in the agency business with over 20 years of experience. Under his creative leadership PM3 has implemented organization wide processes beneficial to all departments. In his day-to-day Hernán oversees all aspects of the agency’s workflow and steers the strategic direction of the shop.
He has worked as a creative writer and director capacity for JWT Argentina and Ogilvy & Mather Argentina’s Voz e Imagen among other agencies handling accounts such as Nestlé, Deutsche Bank, Johnson & Johnson, MasterCard, Ford, Rolex, IBM, Unilever, Philips and GlaxoSmithKline to name a few. Hernán has also been deeply involved in the Corporate Social Responsibility arena in the past as it is one of his passions. Alongside his career, he was a professor at the Catholic University of Argentina teaching Creative Process. Besides a degree in advertising, he also holds a degree in psychology.

Caio Street has more than ten years of experience leading integrated digital marketing strategy and communications that build impactful brands, create user engagement, and increase the bottom line. MBA and MFA educated, Caio understands how Commerce, Culture, and Technology enables businesses to flourish.
At PM3, Caio is responsible for enterprise-wide digital strategy integration and execution including business leadership, technology delivery for digital common components, user experience/user interface design standards and implementation, and digital governance.
Caio is a native of Brazil.
As PM3’s Group Account Director, Rodolfo is responsible for the strategic relationship between the agency, vendors and client by addressing their needs through direct contact and the utilization of agency resources, maintains a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions and provides thought leadership in the area of marketing strategy, data driven solutions, integrated communications, testing and analysis. He develops and supervises the implementation of tactical plans and day-to-day activities of program execution according to the strategic plan to carry through his clients’ marketing strategies and ultimately accomplish clients’ marketing objectives while managing client and agency expectations.
Rodolfo has managed projects and accounts such as NASCAR, Coca-Cola, UPS, Great Clips, Goodrich, Kaiser Permanente, CVS/Caremark, Invesco, Lexol, Texas Pete, Lowe’s, Pep Boys, Degree, Emory Healthcare, Hands on Atlanta, NAPA, Cox Communications and Atlanta Silverbacks.

Maureen is a 9-year Account Management veteran, overseeing client relationships and initiatives for six brands at PM3 and pursuing New Business initiatives for the agency. She began her career at PM3, and after working on other opportunities and with other agencies, she returned to assist PM3’s growth in the marketplace.
Maureen has a Bachelor’s in International Trade consumer relations, and the global economy. She has spent her career as a champion for America’s engagement with the multicultural consumer, leading total market, Hispanic, and African-American consumer engagement across Sports, Automotive, Automotive Aftermarket, Home Improvement, Telecom, Retail, Outdoor, Legal, and CPG categories. She has won several awards for her work with clients, most recently a Grand Clio and a Bronze Lion at Cannes for her role in outlining the strategy for and bringing the MLB’s #PonleAcento campaign to life. She speaks Spanish fluently and derives both passion and energy from her mentorship initiatives.
Maureen is a native of the United States.
Alex has over 14 years of experience as a creative. He has worked in the graphic design department, designing and leading advertising campaigns across varying channels, digital, print, TV, and social. He has also developed branding and digital strategies. He is passionate about the latest design trends, experimental design, and fine arts, always looking to improve his art with every piece.
Alex has worked at PM3 since 2014. Nowadays, he is in charge of the creative team in Bogotá, Colombia as a creative director, leading the design of different graphic elements among channels.
He has worked for a wide range of different brands such as: Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Turner, Sony, Activision, Dreamworks, Warner Bros, Johnson & Johnson, Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, Wonka, plus a huge list of Latin America markets.
Alex is a native of Colombia.
